Hey Everyone! We're back with some great topics this week. I briefly recap my weekend that started with a brunch in Brooklyn and ended up staying outside until 2am. My social life preferences have evolved. Then it's time to talk about the Knicks, how we mopped the trash Celtics, and wha to expect for the Eastern Conference Finals against the Pacers. We get into the Mexican boat crash. The masts of a boat slammed into the Brooklyn Bridge and causes them to snap and collapse. In serious Hip-Hop news, I go over Cassie's revealing and horrifying testimony for Diddy's trial. Is president Trump a grifter? I break down the Qatar "gift" as well as other big money plays he's made since regaining office. It's time for voicemails! Yes, they're back. Tune in as I discuss all of this, give you a brief therapy/furniture shopping updates, and more!

Welcome back to the first (semi) solo episode in a few weeks! I start today with an update on my therapy journey. I've had two sessions and I'm fully committed to this journey. After a therapy and Kings of Leon lyric breakdown, we get into the hottest topic on the timeline. The rest of this episode is a collection of moments from my most recent YouTube Livestream. 100 Men v.s. 1 Gorilla. Who ya got? I offer my thoughts and create a poll that I revisit throughout the livestream. While that poll goes lets pivot to Shannon Sharpe v.s. 1 Only Fans Model. The supreme unc is in trouble. Then we pivot to actual news. Pope Francis has passed and the conclave has yet to begin. I discuss the ramifications of how much this seat matters. Tune in to listen all of this + more!

We're coming at you today with a sports talk heavy episode featuring my friend, Alex Day a.k.a. The NY Sports Guy. Alex shares with us which sports athletes has the best personality type for an interview. Then we dive right into baseball controversy. Are the Yankees cheating and why does the sport's popularity continue to decline? I share my one in a lifetime experience in Chicago during their World Series win and we discuss how sports were historically a catalyst for racial progression in the US. We share how we met at J Cole's '2014 Forest Hills Dr' Anniversary show and how Alex had a football conversation with JID. We compare athletes to musicians and then get into Alex's personal story of how he broke into the sports journalist scene (great advice for content creators). I hit Alex with a bunch of Yankee trivia, which leads us into the best sports movies. We get into the Knicks for a playoffs prediction. We discuss working with people we don't like and how athletes need to know when to retire. Then we close out with our favorite spots to go out in NY, partying with Mc McClung & Anderson Paak, and what each NY sports franchise needs to do to become a winning franchise. Tune in for all of this + more!

I'm back in NY and I've got a new friend with me. I met Niko Brim, a talented artist out of NY, at Dreamvillefest. After a weekend of running into each other we figured we should move our conversation to the pod. We talk about our experiences at Dreamvillefest and festival culture. We get into some real NY culture and then Niko shares his touring experience with Rapsody. Niko shares what it was like growing up with a famous designer as a mom, Misa Hylton. We get into sports, top artists, albums that transcended the culture, & when great artists should retire. Niko shares how he'd collab with R Kelly, which leads to us agreeing to take shrooms & watch 'Trapped In The Closet'. We swap dr*g stories and address the opioid epidemic. We get into the wild world of Kanye. It's time for voicemails. Niko joins me for two calls today and gives the best advice. Tune in for all of this + more!

We're back for the second installment of SWWP West Coast Edition. For those that don't know, JMSN has been one of my favorite artists since the early 2010's. He's cemented a spot in my personal top 5. Coming from teaching on the Southside and attending his show as a fan in 2017 to having the opportunity to hangout/record a podcast together means a lot. (chase your goals) Anyway, let's get to it. JMSN shares how he embraces the corniness of being an artist and how his viral hit "Soft Spot" was originally supposed to be a movie with an insane plot. He then shares how he produced for Kendrick, which led to an unreleased album with Ab Soul. We get into the details of his writing process, how he attempted to get Snoop Dogg on a song, and how Sada Baby ended up on the "Soft Spot" remix. We talk about how today's music is stale and how his new album aims to shake it up. JMSN goes on a brief rant about the victim mentality and why he chose to remain independent. Also, how middle school bullies fuel his career. We go over his best written music and his top 3 rappers (which will shock you). It's time for voicemails. We get into two calls today that bring a lot of laughs. Tune in for all of this + more. I really hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as I did recording it!

We're live from SWWP West Coast Edition and today I'm joined by singer, songwriter, activist, and viral coffee sensation Takara. Takara and I met a couple weeks ago at SXSW. We start with some Australian slang and culture. Then Takara takes us through the racism between America & Australia. This leads to a story of how an awful date thrusted her into the news which led to her becoming an activist during the BLM movement. We briefly talk about geopolitics. We discuss her IG account @coffeetakara and how this became a copycat trend and how that's helped her grow as an artist. Then she shares how she leverages Only Fans to promote her career. We discuss the dangers of the art of pole dancing, the K Pop craze, and the latest season of White Lotus. It's time for voicemails! Today we give advice to a guy that lost his girl due to a high s*x drive. Tune in for all of this + more

Hey Everyone. I'm back briefly in NY before flying off to LA. I begin today's episode no different than any other...with an ice bath. We get into the newest character of the super-jacked manosphere, Ashton Hall. I go over his very extensive morning routine, while sharing some history of Saratoga water. We're in the thick of March Madness and McNeese State basketball manager Amir Khan has dominated the timeline. In film news, the remake of 'Snow White' is tanking while Epcot is during. I cover the many ways to hate the remake of a Disney classic. It's time for a voicemail. This episode I thought it'd be appropriate to have some help. My mom calls in to offer advice the way in which only a mother could. Tune in to hear all of this and more! Special thank you to everyone for being here for 10 weeks.
