what do we do when we don’t feel confident? a question we’ve all probably had at one point or another. may this episode serve as a reminder that you’re not alone, even the most successful people have had battles with confidence.

when your confidence is challenged in a big crowd, it is important to remember everyone there is human. all of the “what ifs” do not matter and are preventing you from living in the present moment. if you stand out in a crowd, take that as a good thing. embarrassment is a mindset.
