Sounders Pow Wow

Five points from three road games? FIVE points! What has happened to the mighty mess which was our early season? Is this the turnaround we fans have been hoping for?

After a positive beginning to this three game road adventure, the Boys in Rave Green find themselves four points to the good.

Can the point accumulation continue?

Will we see our new signing in Atlanta?

How badly does Jonathon suck?

Our most sincere apologies for the time we've spent away from entertaining ourselves the past few weeks. There's been vacations and World Cup and a win, a loss and a draw from the Sounders. And ain't that something?

Plenty of questions answered. Plenty of vulgarities lobbed. And it wouldn't be a Pow Wow without plenty of idiocy enjoyed.

Another couple of matches, another couple of losses.

In what seems to be a miserable repeating record, the Pow Wow whines about what happened and what will most likely happen in the next couple of days (not to mention weeks and months).

But there is a silver lining...somewhere.

After what can only be described as a match against Real Salt Lake, the Sounders travel to Sandy, Utah to do it again in the city of "that's where they play."

If there is any secret offense hiding in Sounderland, can someone please send up a flare?

In what can only be called "a game we shall never mention again," there were things to mention.

And plenty of talk of cruises and food and sickness as well as things soccer related, like forward signings and fantasy moves.

As well as plenty of things to make Troy cringe.

What an offensive mess that last match was. Is anyone in the driver's seat here? Does anyone want to continue to play professionally?

Here's to a messed up week traveling across the country twice and playing bitter rivals at the end of it.
