The White Sox aren't a perfectly formed team, but the lack of a solid closer at the end of games is making things worse. We also talk about absurd rumors surrounding the teams #1 Overall Draft Pick and Chris Getz's weird recent stop into the TV booth.

The bats are working. Munetaka Murakami looks like a legit star. So, what's next. The White Sox keep tweaking the roster and another starting pitcher should be inserted into the rotation shortly. Will he join a team closing the gap on becoming a .500 ballclub?

The difference between 6 games under .500 and actually being 11-11 is razor thin, and the White Sox front office can make changes today to close that gap. The question is if accountability will be timely or delayed by money, status or ego. Is it too early to make decisions on some of these young players?

Listeners sound off on the first three weeks of the 2026 White Sox season, and some familiar targets of ire have reappeared. There may be a bunch of arms down in AAA, but can we get a few bats? Either the front office has face-planted on hitter evaluations or this is just a small sample size. What do you believe? We also use a simple method to find confidence in some starting pitchers coming soon.

Don't look now, but the White Sox have found some solid starting pitching and a couple of effective relievers. Enter big-time prospect Noah Schultz. What does his promotion, the trade of Lenyn Sosa and more help arriving from Charlotte mean for this team? It means some of these position players better start hitting soon.

They aren't scoring enough runs lately, and they sit a few games below .500, but the White Sox have shown one big positive over the past week. We take a look at the foundation of a new White Sox Way from this front office and at four starting pitchers excelling at one of our favorite stats. The Sox Nerd also stops by!

This was not the start you were looking for as a White Sox fan. The team that said they were going to be better in the bullpen blew the last game in Milwaukee, handing the Brewers a sweep to start 2026. They struck out 20 times on Opening Day and there are only 27 outs in a game. Then again, there are some bright spots. Can Will Venable avoid a disasterous start and limit the initial stumble to the first series of the year?

Opening Day brings questions as the White Sox keep saying they want to get more wins this year. Can Shane Smith recapture his 2025 form? What happens if he doesn't? With so much hope for an improved team, the White Sox must get that momentum going quickly.
