[Guided Practice] This short meditation is reminder of how to be kind and tender with ourselves as we work through the layers of body, mind and heart that hold us down and close us off.
What’s gripping your heart? It’s a big question that may very well crack you open. Admitting where you are burdened is the first step to breaking free. Let’s explore.
Shift beyond your busy mind and to experience clarity and calm. Getting there is the challenge. Today we look at what your busy mind is so busy doing and ways to break free.
Your body holds clues to why you feel stuck or burdened. A good place to begin is to look at where you feel tense, tight or weak and where you feel imbalanced. A sense of physical freedom awaits you on the other side of your red flags.
Freedom is a state. It's the power to act, speak or think as you want without hindrance or restraint. Do you feel free? If not, where are you not free? And, are you courageous enough to find out.
Doing the hard thing isn’t easy but it’s necessary to grow and ultimately to succeed in anything you want to achieve. Practice leaning into boundaries and edges every day.
