I met with Justin at the WeWork Building in Devonshire Square and he came armed with a bag of music containing 7 fantastic records, each which have sound tracked his life to date and we go in on that journey discussing growing up on the estates of Manchester and how that affected and shaped his career path. We cover a lot of ground in this episode, chatting about school, university, bands, clubbing and so much more

Justin is a multi-asset fund manager working at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM).  

Throughout his career Justin has been active in joining and contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives at the companies in which he has worked.
