Gavin Newsom signed AB-645, a bill that could bring automatic speed cameras to six California cities: Los Angeles, Glendale, Long Beach, San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland. Chela Pacheco joined the show to discuss her struggle to speak with Fresno City Council Member Annalisa Perea about getting speedbumps installed in the school zones on Thorne & Yale Ave. Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill known as the Neng Thao Drowning Prevention Bill, on Oct. 7th. The bill is named after a former Fresno Unified School District Hmong student who drowned two weeks before graduating as valedictorian in May 2017
