UN's Millenium Development goal is that by 2015, every child should be able to complete a full course of primary schooling. EFA Global Monitoring Report for 2009 reported that a relatively large number of countries are far from achiveing education for all by this year because 75 million children are still out of school, half of whom are in Africa.
