This is the theory I have been hinting at. It brings together the biomechanical and biopsychosocial models of back pain and completely changes our understanding of stability. It comes out in the same week as the completely redone book the second edition of UPRISE: The Body Guitar Theory and Back Pain Liberation appears on Amazon. (On November 10th). New episode of Spine and Body podcast. In preparation of new book, I release this episode on anatomy that will shake musculoskeletal medicine to its core. We need new understanding of stability, arthritis and how the back works together to understand how we are going to fix back pain. This is the first in a series of podcasts about The Body Guitar Theory where I introduce new concepts.

In this first episode of season 2, we go through the faulty ideas that keep people from getting better from their back pain. To move forward, we have to fix our thinking and free our minds from the thoughts and myths that hold us back.
