This is an ever changing world we live in, and the healthcare world is not just changing, but being forced into change. Dr. Gold presents the model he chose in this change and why. An entertaining podcast that is very timely.

In this episode we tackle sleep and the results we get from the devices we use to measure it. Sleep is very important to our overall health. We are finding that many things can be modified in personal heath, but sleep remains essential and is undeniably tied to our well-being. The Guinness Book of World Records will not allow sleep deprivation records as it is considered too dangerous! Dr. Goodman provides an overview of sleep that is informative and entertaining.

As practitioners, we are asked to address the physical and mental aspects of our patients. But this is not the whole person. In this episodes we address the spirituality of a chronic pain patient. This is a resource for all chronic pain patients as they try to find meaning in a difficult situation. This is meant to provide hope to people who feel hopeless, comfort to the uncomfortable and give an opportunity for practitioners to have a spiritual impact on their patients without having a spiritual discussion. Direct your patients who are Christian to this episode to help them find meaning in pain.

A better understanding of spinal stenosis, both cause and symptoms as well as what x-ray findings mean, will play an important role in treatment. Treatment for spinal stenosis has been driven by a flawed belief of causes. The revolution continues as we tackle a new topic. More and more momentum every week! Podcasts don’t change the world, but listeners do. Thank you for helping us to create a seismic shift in the treatment of back pain.

In this episode we begin the investigation of other forms of treatment. Millions of people have been helped by manipulation and we begin to try to understand why. What patients can hope to achieve and what can providers expect when they use a practitioner of manipulation. My hope is to continue to expand the expedition of people who are all working together to get patients better in this scrooge of human suffering.
