This includes a new saddle and some other saddle hunting accessories. But the big news was a turkey hunting vest that they launched with the help of The Hunting Public crew. Greg talks about how that collaboration started and the variety of iterations they went through to get the vest to market. This includes a special fabric used in the manufacturing of the vest with another hunting company, Mossy Oak. This is a fun episode you will be sure to enjoy!

A few episodes ago on the Southern Ground Hunting Podcast, we each drafted a team of hunters in a mock "Fantasy Draft". One of Parker's picks was a fella named Brett Mashburn. Brett is joining us this week to talk about his extremely aggressive public land hunting style. Brett puts a ton of emphasis on pre/post season scouting when it comes to finding a buck's bedroom. In this episode, he'll explain his scouting and what he's looking for. While Brett definitely values the scouting, accessing the spot is another area of emphasis. According to Brett, when the homework is done and the access is flawless, his style of hunting has led to more opportunities at mature whitetails and overall more encounters with bucks.

In this episode of the How to Hunt Deer Podcast, Josh tlaks with Idaho big buck killer Troy Pottenger about how Troy uses mock scrapes to make bucks hunt him!
Troy Pottenger hunts some of the most unforgiving whitetail terrain in the country. Tough weather conditions, large expanses of timber, apex predators, and low deer densities make finding any deer a challenge in Troy's neck of the woods. But Troy has found a strategy that works to consistently get him on some of eh biggest bucks in his region. Central to his hunting strategy is mock scrapes. Tune in to hear how Troy makes mock scrapes, why they're so successful, and how to capitalize on them where you hunt.

This week the guys cover Andrew’s recent trip to the Missouri and Oklahoma. While on the trip, Andrew was able to take advantage of a night of coyote hunting with the boys from the Missouri Woods and Water podcast. Nate, Andy, and Micah took him out and showed him a good time in the Show Me State. They spent the entire night out running around using thermal optics and calls to bring the coyotes to the table.
The majority of the show covers the Oklahoma extravaganza, where John Hudspeth from the Oklahoma Outdoors podcast, Nick Otto from the Huntavore podcast, and Dan Mathews from the Nomadic Outdoorsman podcast took a crack at some hogs. Dan struck first, but they all had some down by the end of the night. Another late-night session with a lot of opportunities. Key take home about hogs: THEY ARE TOUGH.
Around the state some news of interest includes updates at the Delaware Wildlife shooting area, New K-9’s on the job, Walleye fishing in the state, and more.
Have a great week and enjoy the O2 if you get out into Ohio’s great Outdoors!

Hey everyone, welcome to episode 167 of the Antler Up Podcast!
On this week's episode I was joined by Cody Jenkins from the Whitetail Legacy Podcast! This was a podcast I have been looking forward to recording for quite some time and it did not disappoint. Cody has been recording podcasts for over 6 years and has killed some big bucks and that is exactly what we discuss in this week's episode!
When we kick off this podcast we chat about Cody himself and how he has been able to be consistent recording episodes but also getting it done in the woods. You really hear from Cody how important family is to him and what fun he is having getting his children into hunting. We discuss other topics from improving yourself to be better in and out of the woods physically and mentally, current stages in preparing for next season! This was really fun to hear how Cody is finding big deer and the easiest ways to kill them!
Cody also shares how he uses trail cameras, hunting stories from this past season, breaking down a property for scouting, and much more! We also talk about perfect hunting setups and what exactly Cody is looking for when he sets up on a killable buck. Cody touched upon the current state of trail cameras and the excitement of taking his kids out next season for hunting.
Thanks again for all the support and best of luck out there and Antler Up!

This week on The Average Conservationist Podcast, Marcus is joined by Rob Hummel. Rob is the owner of 2% Certified Mountain Man Deer Processing, a mobile deer processing company based in the tri-state area. Rob kicks things off talking about his upbringing in the outdoors and what got him into hunting. The guys talk about how Rob decided to start the company and how his process works. Rob discusses the importance of caring for the meat and what customers can expect from him when he shows up ready to process your deer. Rob uses the same care on his customers' deer as he would his own, so you can expect the absolute best quality. Rob and his team will process and give you whatever cuts you want, vacuumed sealed and ready to go by the time he leaves. If you're in the tri-state area and think you may need some help with your next deer, be sure and check them out!

On this episode of the Nine Finger Chronicles, Dan talks with hardcore public land bowhunter Josh Profitt about their trail camera deployment strategies. Josh talks about where he likes to hang his trail cameras to not only get intel on deer but other hunters as well. The guys discuss the best locations for not only mature bucks, but the best location for sheer numbers of deer pictures. Once Josh locates a shooter, he breaks down how he brings more trail cameras in to the area and ultimately how he decides on the best places to hang his stand treestand. Lastly, the guys discuss what would happen if they were no longer allowed to use trail cameras in the woods. This is a very informational episode, so listen close to what the guys have to say! Enjoy!
