In an attempt to show what's been going on underground and potentially expose Moleman to the world, Greg starts filming a documentary. Despite watching The Last Broadcast as an example of what he's looking to do, the boys can't really grasp how to properly film a "confessional."

The story so far: best friends Greg, Eric and Dan have been trapped in a magical underground movie hole decorated like an 80s blockbuster video and controlled by a mole man for months with no end in sight. To escape the monotony of their lives and take a break from movies, they venture into the adjoining dried-up well for some games...
Buckle your seat belts and grab your sensor balls as the boys get sucked into the wild world of 1996's Twister! Will they manage to get Dorothy deployed before the rival storm chasers? Or will they get distracted comparing this film to Point Break, Mad Max, Speed, and (of course) Jaws? Also discussed: Does anyone remember the cow? What's up with Tornados? What does a camel moaning sound like? Who, exactly, is Finneas Crunch?

The story so far: the boys have been trapped in a magical underground movie hole decorated like an 80s blockbuster video and controlled by a mole man for months with no end in sight. Greg attempts to figure out how to better himself through movie inspiration!
It's martial arts against magic as the boys watch Peacock King (1988) to determine which is the strongest fighting style! They discuss meeting peacocks, their love for stop-motion animated creatures, Ferris Wheels, and amazing special effect transformations! They also dive into their thoughts on Godzilla Minus One...which took way too long for them to finally see.

The story so far: The boys have been trapped in the magical underground VHS rental store for months and it's beginning to take a psychological toll.
To pass the time, the boys choose to watch the quirky 70’s sexploitation cult classic "Chatterbox," a movie about a woman with a talking vagina. They also dive into the 2024 supernatural horror film “The First Omen". What do these films have in common? Nothing. Are either worth watching? Listen along and find out!

The story so far: After being trapped in the movie hole for months, the boys suddenly find themselves in a terrifying, barren wasteland: a movie theater in 2024.
The boys strap on their blood bags and dive into George Miller's Mad Max series paying special attention to 1985's Beyond Thunderdome and 2024's Furiosa! Tina Turner steals the show and Eric's popcorn trick steals their innocence.

The story so far: After falling down a well and being stuck in an underground movie store run by a naked human-sized mole-rat, the boys have encountered countless magical and demonic things.
To help Dan learn more about himself, they boys settle in to watch Mexican folk-horror film Poison for the Fairies (1986). Greg and Eric also quickly discuss the recently-released-on-VOD horror flick Abigail! (Be aware: spoilers abound, but it's not like the trailer didn't ruin the best twists of the movie anyway.)

This week in the Movie Hole…Dan and Greg eat a chicken. Eric returns in an unusual way. The boys deep dive into the 1986 George P. Cosmatos directed action film Cobra staring Sylvester Stallone. They discuss cutting pizza with scissors and how Cobra may be the center of all things. Come for the action sequences. Stay for the one liners. Let’s get weird!

The story so far: After months of being trapped in an underground VHS rental shop called Mole Man's Movie Hole, Eric is missing and Greg and Dan are desperate to find him.
This week, Greg and Dan meet a demon mail carrier who helps them reconnect with their missing friend, but only after discussing 1990's Dark Angel and 2023's When Evil Lurks. There's explosions! Car chases! Dolph Lundgren! Mail puns! Drug dealing aliens! White boys! Voice messages from hell! Something about a chicken! A new friend with questionable audio quality (sorry about that)! Hopefully Eric comes back soon.

The story so far: The boys are trapped in an underground 80s VHS rental store called "Moleman's Movie Hole." After discovering a magic box with a button that can materialize any item (while simultaneously killing someone in the world), having Eric die and then come back to life, meeting Moleman himself, and finding secret mole scrolls hidden in the Criterion section, things are starting to look a little spooky!
Eric translates one of the mole scrolls and the incantation implies that they need to watch two films: The Devil's Gift (1984) and Late Night With The Devil (2023). But what will happen when they do the bidding of the mysterious mole scroll?! Listen in and find out!
