Lloyd has created the concept of" The Small Change Revolution", the idea is to get a group of people together who are making small changes , it is more effective then one big sweeping change. I agree with this sentiment and have joined his group.

I have met many people over the decades but Val echoes one of my sentiment about people that struck me now listeining to it again.

Although she is is talking here about empowerinfg women and people coming out of prison she calls herself equalist.

I now realise that is me , I see all people as the same , so thank you for a valuable lesson, that I am sure many of you willl empathise with.

Not much news , the main thing for me is last weekend Nigel Farage declared his earning to Parliament  now later in the week he now says that is not what he earns his companies earn it.

This week only one story, the riots
Who started it?
One man started it by inferring the person was a migrant and a muslims. He was on  LBC , he never denied it. If you want to know more listen.
It was so good to hear of people standing up, prepared to meet these thugs.
Unfortunately there was a Walthamstow councilor told a crowd that these far right people should have their throats cut. He has been suspended and arrested on suspicion of encouraging murder.
