In many fields we always talk about supporting the client. We forget the one person in the cog who does need support. The CEO .
Matt Hatton was a CEO of a homeless charity, he shares his journey.
Now he works as a life coach supporting people who work in the industry.

What an incredible person Mark is. He was really interested in my thoughts on this matter. And it turned into what makes a home.
A clever man who turned the table on me.
I would love feedback on this one.

Lloyd has created the concept of" The Small Change Revolution", the idea is to get a group of people together who are making small changes , it is more effective then one big sweeping change. I agree with this sentiment and have joined his group.

I have met many people over the decades but Val echoes one of my sentiment about people that struck me now listeining to it again.

Although she is is talking here about empowerinfg women and people coming out of prison she calls herself equalist.

I now realise that is me , I see all people as the same , so thank you for a valuable lesson, that I am sure many of you willl empathise with.

She first spoke of her womens network , how they feel here is a link to her website https://ladyvalnetwork.biz/.

You will hear her passion for the two causes , I don't want to spoil what she said but I feell whatever area you work in or met, Val will strike tones with all of you .

Here are two more links for you. The first is to her prison network https://thecorbettnetwork.com/.

Here s a link to the Robin Corbett award https://www.robincorbettaward.co.uk/

Jason is another of my of my amazing guests,His honesty should be admired.
The addiction he is talking of is alcoholism , he had dabbled with drugs and kicked that habit but drink ensnared him like a rope curling around him.
He shares his tale in explicit terms. I think if you want to understand what people might do on this winding road through addiction , listen and learn.

. Listen to my case, do you agree?

2/ Homelessness is on the increase. , Liverpool want to tackle it. What is meant by the term homeless? Listen to what is meant by homeless? Is the situation to big?

3/ Some group played a prank on Liz Truss , should this allowed?

This week only one story, the riots
Who started it?
One man started it by inferring the person was a migrant and a muslims. He was on  LBC , he never denied it. If you want to know more listen.
It was so good to hear of people standing up, prepared to meet these thugs.
Unfortunately there was a Walthamstow councilor told a crowd that these far right people should have their throats cut. He has been suspended and arrested on suspicion of encouraging murder.
Sign my petition . It states "Make unoccupied Buildings suitable for residential use after six months, over 30000 so far. Please sign and share https://www.change.org/useemptybuildingshelpthehomeless
