This weekend, I took some time to slow down and reconnect with my soul mission. For a long time, I had no clue what my purpose was. I’ve realized that your purpose is about discovering what life wants to express through you. I believe we each have a unique soul mission that we’ve been put on this earth to fulfill upon. For me growing up my uniqueness was suppressed; working in a corporate job felt like my soul was being crushed. To discover my soul’s mission required a process of unravelling the parts of myself that felt unworthy of LIVING that mission.
The inner work is a transformational process of unlearning the beliefs that get in your way of you being a vehicle of expression. Once your vehicle of expression is discovered, it’s then your purpose to put that out to the world. This is true abundance. Giving your gifts, allows more energy to come back. If you want some help discovering your gifts. Send me a dm, And I’ll help you let go of what’s getting in your way.

An
When I heard about the passing of close friend and soul brother, Nathan De Abreu, I went and picked up his favourite book that he recommended to me.
I turned to the first page and it read the following:
“I know that there is a reason for everything. Yet perhaps at the moment that an event occurs we have neither the insight nor the foresight to comprehend the reason, but with time and patience, it will come to light” (Brian Weiss - Many Lives, Many Masters).
Last week, I got to honour Nathan’s life - and this week, I wanted to share some of the lessons I found in his death and the ultimate reminder death brings. I've learned that this moment is all we have and it’s our relationship to this moment that shapes the quality of our life. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, but right now is. So cherish the now, and appreciate life.

In this episode, I welcome back my friend Steve Clemens for the third time. Steve and I connected a couple of years ago, after booking an Airbnb four hours north of Ontario. When I first met Steve and learned about his story, I knew I had to share his message with the world. After having his awakening when his son was born, Steve decided he could no longer stand by and be a part of the “destruction to the planet." So, he built a self-contained and self-sufficient off-the-grid cabin where he spent his next two years alone in solitude, reconnecting with nature and his purpose.
Join us as Steve and I discuss:
- His opinion on COVID-19 and our global reaction
- The abundance of goods yet no consumers
- The impact of hyperinflation in the economy
