IT'S TIME TO FIND THE "ONE"
Heartbreak can be the most powerful teacher.
But if we aren't aware of the lesson that beneath the pain, we will repeat the same lessons just described differently.
Think about it, what grade do you think you're at when it comes to relationships? how many lessons have you passed?
If you find yourself repeating the same lessons, or you keep seeing the same patterns in your relationships, chances are you haven't discovered the "one".
The "one" has been within you all along
The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself, you are the "one" you've been looking for.
In this episode, I get to sit down with my good friend Yasmin (Empowerment Alchemist) @Yasmin_eve to discuss how we break free from the patterns of the past.
How to stop projecting past traumas onto your future relationship.
We discuss:
- how your relationship with yourself is the foundation of everything
- How to heal your trauma
- The process of self-soothing
- What the current climate issues are actually showing us
- How to develop a stronger relationship with yourself
If you have some past relationship trauma you want to heal, or If you want to go deeper on some of the topics we discussed reach out to us on Instagram.

Are you someone who struggles to share your authentic truth?
Do you have a hard time opening up and being vulnerable?
This inner block is due to the fear of other people judging, criticizing, or rejecting your opinion/voice
In other words, you care too much about what people think.
This fear of being judged results in a "play it safe" mentality in life.
The world misses out on seeing the real you. Your greatness is hidden behind an identity that's trying to keep you safe.
In my latest podcast, I show you the process for breaking free of the fear of judgement so you can express the real you.
For all aspiring leaders, artists, creators, and influencers this one is for you.
If you're ready to go deep and identify and remove the inner blocks that are holding you back from your greatness - I have 6 places available in my group coaching program, Purpose By Design.

Josh and I have both returned to our home town of Perth, Western Australia after both spending the past 2 years away in big cities (Sydney & Toronto).
In this episode, we discuss what we have noticed since spending time living in big cities and the effect they have on our mental & emotional well being.
Key points:
- What's underneath the noise and the distraction of our minds
- Where the lack of self-love comes from
- The power of self-talk
- How to make the right decisions
- How to process our emotions
- The power of vulnerability for both men and women
Sometimes it can be easy for self-love practices to be disguised as self-indulgence. Learning to create powerful intentions around your practices transforms these rituals into deep inner work. This creates the space to let go of emotional blocks and access deeper states of self-love.
This podcast is a solo episode where I share my views on how to develop practices to let go of emotional blocks and connect with deeper parts of yourself.

In this episode of the State Shifters Podcast, I welcome back my good friend Steve Clemens.
Steve and I connected a little over a year ago, after booking an Airbnb four hours north of Ontario. When I first met Steve and learned about his story, I knew I had to share his message with the world.
After having his awakening when his son was born, Steve decided he could no longer stand by and be a part of the “destruction to the planet." So, he built a self-contained and self-sufficient off-the-grid cabin where he spent his next two years alone in solitude, reconnecting with nature and his purpose.
In this interview, Steve and I continue our first conversation and discuss:
