I firmly believe our mental health can be directly impacted by physical activity. With the chemical imbalance of mental illnesses, movement can help better feed the body endorphins like serotonin and dopamine for Depression.
Movement impacts mindset. Movement gives back control. You decide how you want to bless your body. My answer will always be movement.
