Staying Active During Winter: Why It’s Crucial

060. When it’s cold outside it can be difficult to motivate ourselves to stay physically active. We tend to cozy in, eat more, and do less. Simply put, it’s easier for many of us to be more sedentary than active. However, we’re doing more harm than good with this human hibernation and this can result in health consequences.
