Stefan Mauk is current club captain of Adelaide United and is also the youngest captain in their history. With a very wise and strong head on his shoulders, not only is Stefan's leadership, creativity and goalscoring admirable, it is without doubt the work he does off the field. With a strong focus on the mindset and mindfulness of an athlete, Stef created the concept of the Inner Game Journal which is to help athletes with their goal setting, psychology and performance.
