Step Four of the Four-Step Process (Ep 15)

 Is it just and equitable? Finally, the fourth step is that the court must consider whether the orders (Consent Orders that the parties have agreed on or Orders of the Court) proposes to make after completing the previous steps are and equitable. Essentially, given all the facts and circumstances, is the outcome fair for both parties following the Family Law Act? The court would look at all the circumstances and determine whether the arrangement reached by both parties was a fair outcome for them both.
