Our hands are miraculous.  They help us to connect to healing and love.

Horses can center us in love and help to improve the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of our lives.

Consciousness .  How far does it extend.  It can be fun to play with this idea.

This is a little longer than most of my podcasts of late, but it does explain our food addictions and what we can do to let go of them.  Here, we see now we can easily embrace beautiful health more fully in our lives.

Our thoughts are more powerful than we realize, and the agreements we make with others can create energetic bonds that may prove to hold us back.  So, lets let go of that habit and consciously create what we'd really like to see instead.

We all seem so separate and yet we cab bit deny that we are all of the whole.  As my mentor Peace Pilgrim puts it, " We are all cells in the body of humanity."

The time is upon us now to clear our 3rd and final great cultural taboo.

May all beings be peaceful. May all beings be free.

Imagine finding a guiding light for our time, bringing a little hope and insight from what has come before.

Taking the time to slow down, look, listen, sing, dance and play, helps us to rise into a new and also very old yet successful way of being human
