Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom leads off by offering his thoughts on a new decision by Catholic leaders to allow new privileges for their Priests. One that Dom particularly supports is the decision to allow priests to marry, telling that he believes much of the controversy could’ve been avoided had this been allowed long ago. Then, after playing Dom’s Money Melody, Dom plays back some clips from late night hosts last night, focusing on Stephen Colbert’s diminishing of the windmill issue, one that many at the Jersey Shore care very deeply about.
Then, Dom welcomes in legendary sportswriter Ray Didinger back onto the Dom Giordano Program to hear his thoughts ahead of Red October, the Philadelphia Phillies 2023 Playoff run which begins tonight. First, Ray tells of the fun of Red October, but warns of the first opponent, the Marlins, who the Phillies have had a rough history playing against. Also, Ray offers his analysis of the Eagles first four weeks of the season, and tells what he expects to see from the team for the remainder of the year. (Photo by Matt Winkelmeyer/Getty Images)
