I have my first guest on the podcast today and it is none other than the one and only, Stephen Hilton. He and I are sitting down together to have some honest open conversations. I’m realizing the most vulnerable times in my life have been the scariest, but they’ve all been so worth it in the end. This separation has come with huge highs and lows but I’m not getting wrapped up in my fears. I’m taking time to love myself and the people around me, and we are focusing on moving forward–whatever that means.
