The vaccine maker has been on a tear this year, with most of the stock’s near 600% surge coming off the back of positive data from the firm’s cancer vaccine with Merck & Co. in August.

Micron Technology Inc. (MU) the largest US maker of memory chips, gave a sales forecast for the current quarter that exceeded estimates after the AI build-out fueled unprecedented demand.
Revenue will be about $61.5 billion in the fiscal first quarter, which runs through November, the company said in a statement Wednesday. Analysts estimated $56.8 billion on average. Excluding some items, profit will be about $38.15 a share, compared with a projection of $36.02.
