S&C coaches are like finances. I bet you did not think about it that way - but we are.

You need to know this before you get into the field. Are you high risk and high reward (stock) or are you low risk and low reward (bonds)? If you work in an environment where you can be fired if the team does not do well, chances are you also can get a bonus if they win a lot. On the flip side, if you don't see any extra money when the team wins a lot - chances are you wont lose your job if they lose.
