On the last episode, Kip gave a brief recap of the dining experience on Elkstone Farms last week in Steamboat.... today, he sits down with the Chef who made the magic happen. Chef Russell Goodman has a kickass gig up in the Yampa Valley, but the newest arrow in his quiver is hosting cannabis-pairing dinners on the farm.

He teamed up with the crew from Billo Premium Cannabis, DialedIn Gummies, Green Dot Labs & Keef Cola to host a kickass experience that I implore everyone give a try. We talk about his journey to becoming a Chef, how he found himself in Colorado and everything since that faitful excursion West.

We talk about the ethos of the farm, the mission statement of his kitchen & his goal. for the longterm happiness of the farm. A great man, kickass chef & a gnarly concept. Great episode for those looking to host or attend a cannabis dining experience.
