From staying afloat during the pandemic to navigating the ominous scenes of 9/11 23 years ago.. we touch on all the historical times. 

Despite the highlighting of the tough times, there are many smiles & joys that come with restuarant ownership as well. We chat about how they fell in love, fell in love with the hospitality industry & what it's like running a 10+ restaurant group.
