Hi friend! In this episode we talk all about bladder irritants! This can be different for EVERYONE! One thing may not be irritating to another!
We can be doing all of the right things when it comes to helping our urge incontinence, but if our bladder is unhappy and irritated, we can’t expect it to “behave.”
A great first step is to start a food diary! Write down what you ate and how much you drank that day and then compare your symptoms to it! Sometimes, like I explain in the episode, it’s clear as day what your bladder irritant is when you take a step back and look from a wide lens.
Urge incontinence can be described when you get the urge to go to the bathroom and you have to go immediately or you may pee your pants. This is common, but not normal, for postpartum and menopausal women.
Comment below if you try to switch up your caffeine timing and no longer have bladder leakage during your workouts! It may just be the trick. I share more tricks in the rest of the episode.
Here are the links to products or things mentioned in the episode that I use and love!
