And mates thank you so much for the support as always, you are truly super stars. I've been drinking some new TWG Tea and boyo it's scrumdiliumcious - plus reading some brand new horror stories.
I'm also LOVING the Shure microhpone, it is a godsend...soooo damn good, and I hope you can hear it. Throughout the recording process I've been improving I feel, and once the microphone pop sock comes in, it'll be even better, cannot wait!
Today I'm going back to my roots and stress testing the new microphone some more 💛and I'm starting with two Creepypasta's - one about a post apocalyptic seaworld nightmare titled The Mariner, and the second tale is all about Fearing the Cold.....and embracing the frost to pay for your deeds...
1: The Mariner - https://creepypasta.fandom.com/wiki/The_Mariner
2: Frigophobia - https://creepypasta.fandom.com/wiki/Frigophobia
This episode is also more an Audio Drama / Soundscape experience - focused on slow focus, and ease on the earballs, let me know what you think mates!
We have in today's episode...
Legends I also have a brand new SHURE microphone, a HUGE thank you to you supporters that helped me afford that. Thank so much, you're going to hear this in today's episode - also I'm outputting the episode in Audiobook format for you in another upload, so if you just want to hear my narration without music and SFX, and test the clarity on the mic, go for it.
See attached Audiobook version.
Cheers and have a wonderful week!!!
Today's episode is a lovely X-Minus One Double - both these episodes were soooo damaged that I took it as a challenge to repair them. I've used SPECTRAL PATCHING to restore the audio, and it's a little "experimental". I've reworked lots and lots of audio plugins to enable this and I thiiiink we come out on top for quality - so keen to hear your thoughts on this; prior to this, the audio was a muffled mess, but now we can hear it, albeit with a little noise.
Either way, I hope you enjoy BOTH these episodes, as much as I did enjoying it. My favourite of the two is Outer Limits for sure; from a story /narrative standpoint.
