On today’s episode, Jason and Super Producer Rob G (Robert Guerra) bring us an instant reaction pod following the Golden State Warriors’ Game 5 win over the Los Angeles Lakers. Golden State was able to stave off elimination but the biggest story to come out of this one is the uncertainty around Anthony Davis. If AD is limited due to his head injury – or ruled out of Game 6 altogether – do the Lakers have enough to get the win? On the flip side, when will anyone other than Steph Curry provide any level of consistency for the Warriors? In the Eastern Conference, the New York Knicks were able to keep their season alive by beating the Miami Heat, but that still doesn’t change how J-Mac feels about head coach Tom Thibodeau. Perhaps the Knicks should call JJ Redick about taking over in the Big Apple now that he’s shown interest in becoming an NBA head coach. Finally, the guys close the show by making their Best Bets for Thursday night’s NBA Playoffs action featuring the Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers, Denver Nuggets and Phoenix Suns.
