We all face a level of uncertainty in our lives that 2020 hast brought to a whole new level! Stephannie shares some quick mindset tricks to get yourself in check both in the unexpected moments, or long drawn out journeys that involve uncertain endings.
In this episode Stephannie talks about the necessary tools to help you through hard moments. Including the recognition of what you yourself, have used in the past. These tools you have access to are so versatile you can utilise them in a pinch or with a lot of thought and effort to get deeper.
Writing assignments for this episode:
1: Make a list of all the hard things you have walked through in your life! Don't hold back and don't limit them to negative experiences. You have accomplished a lot of goals that were hard! Include them in your list.
2: Make a list of the tools you used to get through those hard times. Include the people, mindset, self talk and other tools used that helped you get to the other side.
Keep this lists handy. If possible, take pictures and save as a "favourite" in your phone for quick reference in the future.

Stephannie had the opportunity to sit down with Harley over zoom and discuss her experience, strength and hope after managing both Perimeter Agoraphobia and Multiple Personality Disorder {Dissociative Identity Disorder}. Both kept her on a self induced lockdown in her home for nearly 25 years.
Her incredible story of overcoming the anxiety with the help of a support system, therapy and the decision to continue to take action despite the fear will blow your mind. Harley teaches us that at any given moment we can all choose to change how our story ends.
