    Key Takeaways:
    • Starting a new firm is easier if you have a strong professional network. Identify your ideal client and refer to those people or refer to the people that know those people.
    • Work-life balance varies from one person to another. What works for some may not work for others. Discuss what work-life balance would mean for each person or candidate in your firm.
    • Hire slow. Hire someone that fits your firm’s vision, culture, and is compatible with the clients you serve.
    • Be passionate about your firm, know it’s values and what sets it apart from others. Building a strong culture will help your firm attract the right people and keep them..
