Trigger Warning: Abuse/Trauma



This is hands down the most difficult episode of Strong Friend Check In that I've ever recorded. I haven't been this nervous putting out an episode since my very first one. But I sincerely hope my story reaches someone who needs it.

On this episode, I finally, fully discuss what happened to me in my last relationship. If you're a survivor of abuse, just a heads up, this episode may be hard to listen to. Do what's best for you and skip it if you need to.

For the rest of those listening, I didn't create this episode for click-bait. I felt like I had no choice but to be completely honest about my journey and the ways in which I've been affected by this trauma.
