Dan Brown is a United States Army Veteran turned Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) with a deep passion for making strength and conditioning attractive and accessible to everyone.

He loves working with clients that are looking to improve their quality of life through proper exercise and nutrition. In addition, Dan has experience working with athletes ranging from middle school, all the way to the collegiate level across multiple sports. His love for all things health and fitness started almost 20 years ago when he was an out of shape college student that decided to join the Army.

The discovery of that passion for fitness changed the trajectory of his life for the better. Dan wholeheartedly believes that maximizing a person’s physical capabilities is part of the equation to achieving the best version of themselves. This is why Dan has chosen to make Strength and Conditioning and Coaching his life’s work.

Daniel Richardson grew up as a modest kid from the Philadelphia area that remains a kid at heart. A proud Father of Emily, an amazing dog trainer (@abovethestandarddogs), and Andrew, a writer (MMAmania.com), a professional MMA fighter with Team Alpha Male, and an avid rock climber. A vegetarian that doesn't enjoy many vegetables. An advocate for Pit Bulls and the adoption of senior dogs. Save a life, today. A 2021 PCT and 2022 AZT thru-hiker trail named "Tags" because his best friend Trooper's (RIP) tags and collar are on his backpack. Trooper, a dog that saved Dan, inspired hiking that led him to thru-hiking and now the van life. Dan travels the country in search of hiking adventures with his dog Chenille. He gives back by providing trail magic to hikers, and he meets amazing people, visits family, and tramily members along the way.

Daniele stopped working at 55 to care for his ailing dog and never looked back. Minimalized. Stopped spending money. Learned to trade stocks and options. Retired. He spends as much time as possible outside enjoying nature, wildlife, challenges, solitude, mountain views, sunrises, and sunsets. Humility, gratitude, elemental kindness, and helping others are his daily goals.

Movement is life. Get outside. Work hard, play hard, have fun. Trust your gut. Never Never Never Quit. When there's a fork in the road... take it.

Corey and Meghan both come from first responder backgrounds, as a police officer and an EMT, but have found strength in the gym and a focus on better habits to be the true missing piece for many people wanting a greater quality of life.

Courtney is a certified nutrition and fitness coach who has a huge passion for helping others get to the root cause of autoimmune, hormone and gut issues. She truly believes working with the body, instead of against it, and identifying and addressing root cause issues, is the key to the best results not just physically but physiologically as well.

Courtney spent years navigating and educating herself to improve her own hormonal health and works to educate other women about the misinformation about nutrition, fitness and women's health. She works to help women learn to appreciate everything their bodies can do and how to fuel it to feel good from the inside out. That includes learning that you don't have to eat as little as possible for the rest of your life!

Growing up as a competitive swimmer she went from being a cardio bunny turned to cross-fitter. Crossfit helped fuel her love for strength training and lifting heavy things. She truly feels it can be life changing and loves seeing her clients learn how good it feels to be strong and to see that strength and confidence transfer to life outside of the gym.

Courtney's mission is to educate and improve the mindset of every client that she works with to listen to their body, fuel it to feel amazing and find balance in their life with food and fitness.
