The elitist, pro-gun control police chief of Austin, Texas, Art Acevedo, is back in the news. During a hearing on Campus Carry in Texas, Acevedo expressed his opposition stating that there are a number of services available to counsel rape victims, but he feared allowing female students to carry a gun would be too dangerous...for the victim.
