Hour 4:  State Senator Scott Wiener has introduced a bill that would allow cities and counties to designate “entertainment zones” where adults could drink alcohol served by bars and restaurants on public streets and sidewalks. Students at UCLA and UC Riverside are demanding their schools cut ties with Starbucks until the coffee chain ends an alleged union.
