It’s not about the struggle of the “in between”, it’s about the living.

Body positivity. Changing our thoughts to be confident today. Made in the image of God. Not determining our worth, sexiness, or confidence by the scale.

Living in community. We’re made for it. It’s hard. It’s easy. It’s life giving and it’s exhausting at the same time. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

Does your inner voice keep you from doing the things you want to do? Have you been labeled by yourself or others that have kept you from trying new things or living a full life? Has that label misidentified you? This is just my quick little take on being called fat most of my life- and redeeming that MF!
