Limiting Beliefs | Pt. 2 - Shatter Your Barriers
In part one of this series, we learned that limiting beliefs are thoughts and opinions which we believe in, which is the main reason why they keep us away from achieving more.
Those limiting beliefs are mainly developed through our earlier years, where our brains absorb information like a sponge, in order to create a logical mental model of the world.
Now, though limiting beliefs are functional to a certain extent, they are not the best bet in the context of becoming the best version of yourself.
In this second part of the article series, we’ll give you actionable tips and tricks which you can apply on a day to day basis, to shatter your limiting beliefs and progress further.

The human species is the most complex being known to man, due to the extended neural network we all have.
This highly evolved nervous system allows for complex thought processes, deep emotions and the ability to manipulate matter more than any other species we know of.
And though it appears that we are all demi-gods on planet Earth, we all have our own limitations, which stop us from achieving our best life or even being the best version of ourselves.
In this episode, we’ll give you our insight on limiting beliefs and how to work through them, so without further ado, let’s get to it!

I've been coaching for a few years now, and the biggest thing I've learnt - both for me and for my clients - is that inner confidence is the key to it all.
There are all kinds of strategies, ways of thinking, patterns of behavior and practical tips for improving your life and feeling better about yourself, but they're all redundant if the foundation isn't there. That foundation is the real you, the you that you know deep down you are. The trick is that it takes confidence to find that and to bring out who you are – here are the three keys to real inner confidence.
What Is The Growth Mindset ?
If we put things black on white, we’d realize that the majority of humans come to this world with the same “specs”, so to speak.
We all have a brain, body and all our bodily systems work on the same principles and run the same chemistry.
But what is it that actually makes a person successful and different from other people?
Well, the secret, perhaps, lies not in lucky circumstances, but in the mindset, which in turn controls our actions and reactions.

The Stages Of Personal Development
Personal development is a vast topic, which has many stages and involves a lot of continuous effort through time.
There isn’t really a thing that will set you for life through a short burst (well, maybe there is but just financially).
In the context of character growth, personal development is a life-long quest with no end point.
We learn, as long as we are alive and curious enough to absorb more and grow.
In this episode, we’re going to talk about the stages of personal development and how to recognize and work with them.
If we had to summarize the essence of this episode in one single quote from a person who’s been through stuff, it would be this one:
“When you focus on being the best person you can be, you draw the best possible life, love, and opportunities to you.”

The Best Habits To Implement In Your Life
As humans, we are creatures who think, do and say out of deeply embedded habits.
Each habit can either be productive or destructive for our long-term personal development, health and wellbeing.
In reality, if you think about it, your current life situation and state of being, are a direct reflection of the habits and thought patterns that you sustained and acted upon.
Without a doubt, habits play a big role in our lives, as they are a vital part of our behavioral patterns, which in turn lead our lives in certain directions.

Summary
Habit and routines are not interchangeable. A habit is a behavior done with little or no thought, whereas a routine is a series of behaviors frequently, and intentionally, repeated. To turn a behavior into a habit, it first needs to become a routine. How do you start?
