The 4th and final law of habit making, Make it satisfying.
As humans we all want to be satisfied. We do not do things because they are hard and not rewarding. We want to be rewarded for everything we do pretty much.
If you habit is not satisfying you will not be successful.
We also want instant satisfaction, which can be difficult depening on the habit.
We discuss how to make satisfaction in this episode.
The 3rd law of habit making is "Make it Easy."
We all know we don't like to do difficult stuff.
If something is difficult we will most likely avoid it.
The same comes to habits. We need to make it easy.
In this episode we talk about how to make habits easy.
In this episode we go over the 2nd law of habit making
"Make it attractive"
We all like to do things that are attractive or fun.
If it looks miserable we won't do it.
Also by joining a tribe you will be more encouraged to complete the habit.
The first last of habit making is "Make it Obvious."
As humans we need things to be simple not complicated.
This is why we need to make things obvious.
In order to be successful we all need good habits.
Now we all have bad habits, which we know are hard to break.
The good news is that good habits are easier to make then bad habits are to break.
This is an intro episode to our 6 episode series of habit building.
