In this episode, I share my experience with coming off of Zoloft, a popular SSRI used for a range of mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. I mostly struggled with heavy amounts of suicidal ideation. If you struggle with any of this, please seek professional help/care. Lastly, I hope you enjoy:)

In this episode, I just touched on the basic idea that you should center yourself around good people, and you should always strive to have good friends in your life. I also listed some qualities that might be useful in looking for when looking into the characteristics of your friend(s). This is important for your mental health and theirs. Lastly, I hope you enjoy:)

Anxiety can of course be natural (which I'm sure most people probably have experienced), but it can most certainly be a disorder as well. Anxiety can be debilitating, and stating claims that it can only be natural only regresses our knowledge about anxiety and mental health, generally speaking.

In this episode, I just wanted to express how non-important it may seem to be Googling every little worry you have, but it is actually so important that we try and not do this either so much, or at all. Not Googling your worries, fears, and anxieties will probably quell your anxious thoughts tremendously. We give out brain inputs, and it gives out similar outputs. Don't give your brain more things to worry about; this will only fuel anxiety.

This episode is a little bit about what Insta-Therapy is, and what it seems to be doing wrong. I am going after these big accounts; it is a large part of my goal. I really am pursuing to make a change in the industry where the term, "first, do no harm" is really implemented and considered. Can't do it without you guys. I appreciate all the love and support. Lastly, I hope you enjoy:)

Professor Michael Sale of Stonehill College joined me today to discuss college life during the Pandemic! We hit on a lot of key points that no one seemed to be talking about during lockdown. Many people would brush off college kids' experiences during the pandemic, but this episode touches on the severity of the experiences of the faculty, staff, and students during quarantine. I think it'll surprise a lot of people. Lastly, I hope you enjoy:)

Reassurance seems like a good thing, but for anxious people, it can keep them in a vicious cycle of constantly seeking reassurance. To break this, it's quite simple but of course hard-- don't ask for reassurance when you might think anxiety is in search of specific reassurance. Lastly, I hope you enjoy:)

Today's episode discusses the unfortunate misconceptions surrounding OCD. OCD is not just about being neat and clean; it is a debilitating disorder that no one would ever wish upon anyone else. Today, I try to break down the stupidity of these often common misconceptions. I hope I made it clear how OCD works, and how it is almost nothing like many people (including PhDs) believe it is. Lastly, I hope you enjoy:)
