根据Zillow刚刚公布了南加州六个县上个月的房价数据，不出意料的是各地都在普遍性的连续环比下跌。不过最令人惊讶的是，跟当地5月份峰值房价相比，南加州房价最高的橙县（Orange County）的下跌幅度，远远大于圣伯纳迪诺县（San Bernardino County）和河滨县（Riverside County）。洛杉矶县（Los Angeles County）这半年跌幅也不小。今天孙斯陶就跟您聊聊这份房价报告。
