Nico. It's pretty tough to summarise this bloke, but hes just that - tough. He's all ticker. A real grit your teeth operator. No matter the set back (and in his Ironman prep there were plenty) he just keeps trucking nut. It was an absolute honor to tackle the Ironman alongside this bloke. In fact when facing any of lifes challenges, he's the man I want next to me. An absolute competitor and a champion friend. This was a fun one, as Nico perfectly describes the rollercoaster of emotions he endured to become an Ironman.
