As the sippers faithful would all know we've just gotten back from 2 overseas trips of doom. So in this ep we rattle off a few tips and explain how we went about planning it all. Also our triathlon training is in full swing now and we're feeling the wrath of it, but couldnt be loving it more

G'day legends, unfortunately Dean and I didnt have time to record part 2 of the Euro Tales this week. So for this weeks poddy we have something a little different. We have an episode off our good mates Harry and Jakobs podcast Two Blokes No Brains. We jumped on their poddy a few months ago and discussed gratitude. From how we practice it daily to everything big and small that makes us feel grateful. We really enjoyed this one and I'm sure we have a lot of similar listeners but its a cracking ep so have it again. Part 2 of the Euro Tales will be out next Sunday.

Deano and I are back from our Euro Tour so we're bringing you a 3 part series outlining every detail of this trip of a life time. In part 1 we go through are time in London, Manchester, Munich and France. Its been a long layoff from some content so rip in and give Danno and I some feedback for Part 2.
