Throughout history, we've been tempted to think of children as less than adults, but when Jesus came he turned that ideology on its head with his teaching. Jesus radically declared "Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them." Today my guest and I are going to talk about what full inclusion for kids looks like in the body of Christ!
Where do we first see the idea of all human life being valuable to God?
Can you talk about some Old Testament examples of God using children, even though they would have been considered "lesser citizens?"
Why does Jesus' invitation to children matter?
How do we show our kids how valuable they are to the church, family, and kingdom?
How do we value the kids in our communities, and encourage our community to do the same?
