Imagine yourself doing the thing you really want to do, being the person you know you can be and reaching the goals that you set out to achieve. It’s one thing to dream of that incredible future, but it can also be so discouraging when the rubber meets the road. To achieve any level of success, it will always require hard work and discipline. So how do we get motivated and maintain that motivation through the ups and downs of the journey? The truth is, people who perform at the top of their game don’t wait for motivation. They ask a more powerful question.
In this episode I’m going to break down the mythical creature of motivation and give you four powerful and practical tips that you can implement in your life. You’ll learn about the importance of visualisation, trusting in your intuition and how to ask yourself the right questions.
Don’t wait for the magical feeling of motivation to arrive. You already have what it takes to start moving forward. The most important step is to just begin.

I’m so excited to be sharing the first ever Superfreak episode with you. I’m choosing to be brave and enter into this unknown territory with no rules and no pressure. Who knows what this will become! All I know is that I’m taking the bull by the horns and choosing my own path.
It’s so easy to be led down a path paved with preconceived ideas and past conditioning. When we have references in our mind as to what something should be, it’s like we’re walking blind, unable to see the other possibilities of what could be. We get stuck before we even begin!
For others, there is no reference and it’s scary, unchartered territory. Or is it? It’s only when we’re free of learned behaviour and references from past experiences that we are liberated to make our own rules. It’s in this place of the unknown that you can choose your own thoughts and create your own future.
