Hold onto your seats. This episode is going to blow your mind. I’m going to introduce you to some of the fundamental concepts that I have built my life on which have helped me shape my thinking to create my reality. It’s time to talk quantum physics.
In basic terms, quantum physics has proven that at a subatomic level, everything is pure potentiality. It only becomes matter when it is observed and what you are looking for influences what you find. In this episode, I’m going to unpack how our thoughts, feelings and beliefs about money impact the manifestation of it in our reality. If you believe that money doesn’t grow on trees, that will become your physical experience. What if you believed something different?
I’m giving you yet another opportunity to explore your thoughts, break down the limitations and align yourself with what it is that you want. It might not be money for you but perhaps relationships, health, success. Whatever it may be, you create your reality with your thoughts and beliefs about life. Perhaps it’s time to think again.

There are a lot of people thinking a lot of different things at the moment. It takes only a glimpse of social media to discover the many polarising opinions and hot topics causing a divide amongst the human race. So what do you do to get someone else to see your side? How can you convince them that you’re right and they’re wrong? Let’s be honest, we all think we’re right. But perhaps the answer is not so much about convincing the other person of your truth, but about evolving beyond arguments and debate to a space of safety and mutual understanding.
Our beliefs and opinions are not fickle things. They are formed above a large foundation of culture, personal experiences and the people around us. Do we really think that an argument over the dinner table is going to shift the fundamental beliefs of another human? In order for someone to change their mind, they have to question everything they have believed to be true up until that moment. They must feel safe to be vulnerable and have the courage to admit that they are wrong and nobody wants to admit that, especially when they feel threatened.
In this episode, I’m going to challenge you yet again to expand your thinking. Seek first to understand and instead of focusing on changing another person, simply be a shining example of what you believe. When you create an atmosphere around you that enables others to feel safe, valued and understood, it might surprise you how little you care about changing their mind anymore.

There are moments in life when things can become abundantly clear, our priorities are aligned and purpose is reframed. The news of a baby on the way, the death of a loved one, an unexpected diagnosis; these are the life altering events that, whether we’re ready or not, will completely change the shape of our hearts and cause us to reflect on what life is all about and the way in which we want to live it.
But why wait for those monumental moments? Why not reflect now and live the life you’ve always wanted to live? It’s easy to be complacent when life keeps ticking along but in reality, we have no idea what will happen next. There is no time for apathy.
When I was in the ring as a world champion martial artist, I was acutely aware of the three minutes I had to fight. The pressure was intense to say the least. Everything I had worked for, the blood, sweat and tears poured into thousands of hours of training, paying my way to travel across the globe all for the purpose of those three minutes. In life, there’s no opponent and no timer but we don’t know when something could kick us in the guts and make us grateful for everything that we have now.
Life can change in an instant but you don’t have to wait for those moments to review your life and start being the person you want to be. In this episode, I challenge you to question your mortality, open up your mind to new possibilities and start being comfortable with being uncomfortable. So buckle up. This is a big one.

When you reach a point where it seems that creativity has fizzled, the usual advice you’d be given is to change it up, be closer to nature, go for a long drive and let your mind wander. But with lockdowns in place for a lot of people around the world, the typical ways of getting inspired aren’t necessarily available to us. So how do you fire up creativity when you’re stuck between four walls?
In this episode I’m going to share some really practical tips on how to find that spark again, even during this crazy period of a global pandemic. Covid has placed a huge amount of pressure on our shoulders and I’ll teach you how to decrease the pressure and increase the pleasure for creativity to thrive. You’ll also learn an invaluable Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) tool to reignite the state of creativity within your body. This is something that, if made a habit, will completely change the way you function as a creative being.
You may not be able to go for that long nature walk or weekend away, so it’s times like these we need to think bigger. Creativity is everywhere and it never runs out. We simply need to access it and it can be as easy as it sounds. So find a comfy spot, get yourself a cuppa and let’s unleash that creativity together.

Some people are born with the skill of thinking big. They dream, they know how to push the boundaries and do things differently to solve problems and achieve the things they desire. For most of us however, it’s a skill that requires practise. But that’s actually the good news. If you want to start thinking bigger and approach the circumstances of your life with more ease and more joy, all you need to do is practise.
Thinking bigger might sound daunting to some. Attached to the concept are connotations of working harder, pushing more, becoming a better person and that all sounds really exhausting! Thinking bigger doesn’t necessarily mean doing bigger. What you’ll learn today is that it’s not so much about pushing through, but about stepping back and asking yourself a different question.
In this episode, I share some tips on how to start flexing your mind muscle and give yourself the time and space to start thinking bigger. As you practise and start dreaming, you will allow new perspectives to shift your current thinking to go outside the boundaries of your problem. I’ll also give you some simple questions that you can ask yourself to start opening up your mind to more expansive possibilities.
Thinking bigger is by far the most fun skill that I have cultivated in my life. Remember, dreaming is free. Thinking is free. So allow yourself to go there and stretch into the truth of what might be. There will be hurdles to overcome but when you start opening your mind to what could be, there is no such thing as a problem without a solution.

We live in a time of unprecedented heightened awareness of what’s happening in the world. Everyday, we are bombarded with constant information and it can seem as though everything is a crisis that needs to be dealt with urgently. In this paradigm, life becomes a disaster and we so easily get caught up in emergency thinking fuelled by adrenaline, fear and anxiety.
I believe there is a more sustainable option. A way of thinking and responding from a place of solidarity, able to focus on the task at hand and be present in each moment. In this episode, I’m going to help you unleash your superpower. The superpower of calm.
Life brings enough drama of it’s own each day and we all want to be good humans and help the planet. But we only add fuel to the fire when we go into stress and fretful thinking. When we learn to step back, even for a brief moment, to focus on what is in front of us, we place ourselves in the best possible position to truly be able to help ourselves and each other.
Can you identify today where you are allowing emergency thinking to take over? Imagine what it would look like to step into your superpower, to be calm and respond to each moment as it occurs. Take a deep breath, step back and let this sink in. It will change the way you do life forever.

We all have inherent belief systems that shape the way we live, the way we respond to circumstances and make decisions throughout our lives. Whether you’re conscious of it or not, the things you believe to be true about yourself and about life affect every decision you make, even down to the smallest and seemingly insignificant things.
At times we come to a crossroads where our thoughts and actions don’t seem to measure up with what we thought we believed. We can think we believe something, yet find ourselves responding to circumstances as if we believe something completely different. Why is that? And how do we start fully believing something so that it permeates every area of our lives?
In this episode I share a personal experience where my beliefs about money were challenged (all because of a darn shower head) and how in that moment I embraced the opportunity for breakthrough. You’ll learn how to discern when your beliefs aren’t fully aligned and how simple it is to transform your thoughts and tap into a greater flow for your life.
Buckle up and listen. This episode will challenge you to take a solid look at your life. I encourage you to take that leap of faith required to actually start believing what you want to believe.

Have you ever been in a situation where conversation is flowing, everybody’s calm and then all of a sudden you hit a roadblock? It’s like something was said that caused the other person to instantly put up a wall and shut down your opinion. Or perhaps it was you who decided to end the conversation because you simply couldn’t agree with what was being said and there was no point in taking it any further.
All we know is our lived experience. Our opinions toward everything in life are based on our belief system which is fuelled by our experiences in life, by what has been modelled to us, by what we have seen with our own eyes. So when someone else challenges that belief system, it has the potential to shake the very core of who we are.
Most people don’t like being shaken to the core. It’s uncomfortable, it’s confronting and unravelling and therefore it’s one of the most bravest things you could ever do. To look outside your paradigm, embrace a new thought that contradicts your inherent belief requires a lot of bravery because that process might actually bring you to the realisation that everything you’ve believed about that subject is a lie.
It’s easy to have an opinion. But in order to have a well rounded and formed opinion, we must explore all the options. We must take our natural belief system and question if the opposite could be true. When we are brave enough to challenge our own opinions, we open our minds up to a greater understanding of ourselves and each other. It will lead you to a place of freedom, of choice and the potential to completely change your trajectory in life. Are you ready?

The world is filled with uncertainty right now. There is a lot of fear, particularly around finances with the state of the world as it is. Despite what it looks like, I truly believe that each individual can still have financial autonomy and authority over their future, but only if they choose to look at it that way. To negate the fear, we must have empowering thoughts and empowering actions.
In this episode I’m going to tackle the issue of asking for a pay rise, a topic that might make some people feel uncomfortable and perhaps even fearful at the thought of it. But why? Why are we so afraid to ask for more money? The idea of having the conversation often triggers underlying fears that we all carry; fear of failure, fear of looking stupid, fear of being told no. These fears affect us in all areas of our life, not just wage negotiations, which is why it’s so important to recognise what’s going on and not let these fears hold us back.
I’m going to share my insights on this subject and give you some tips on how you can approach wage negotiations with confidence. I’ll give you some questions that you need to ask yourself and you’ll hear my thoughts on what to do when a ‘no pay rise policy’ is in place.
Statistically, women make $1m less than men over the course of their working lives. This is due to a number of factors, one being that generally speaking, women simply don’t ask for pay rises. It’s time to open up that conversation. It’s time that we take authority over our future and advocate for ourselves. And I ask you this, what is the one thing that is holding you back from asking for a pay rise?

Have you ever been travelling and felt like you were a whole new person? All of a sudden, you no longer have a routine or the normal triggers and reminders of who you are in the world. You can be whoever you want to be, do whatever you heart desires. You come home feeling reinvented with brand new experiences that have transformed you in some way.
Reinvention isn’t only reserved for the jetsetter. In fact, it can happen in a moment. Reinvention is a matter of mindset and you are simply one thought away from having that transformation you desire.
In this episode, I talk about what reinvention is, how simple it can be and what steps you can take toward building the necessary belief structure to facilitate it in your life. We are constantly shifting and moving energy on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Reinvention is actually a natural part of our DNA. The only thing that stops us is our own idea of what’s possible.
Any type of change you desire requires a certain amount of reinvention. Change will always require growth and, as we all know, growth isn’t necessarily a comfortable thing. It requires us to face our fears and insecurities, it necessitates a commitment to expansion and a responsive mindset.
You can reinvent yourself in a heartbeat. It doesn’t have to take 90 days or even 30 days. The moment you take on a new thought, you’ve done it and the results will follow. It starts at the end of this episode with one simple breath. Tune in to discover how you can reinvent yourself today.
