We all have different things we feel are holding us back. There are roadblocks, things that need to improve and we think those things need to get sorted out before business can flow easily.
Whether it’s limited time, side hustles, children, or migraines, there is a myriad of factors that influence your focus and motivation.
For me, it was chronic fatigue syndrome. I believed I had to be completely healthy in order to run a business. How could I put in the excessive hours that society says I have to in order to begin a successful business?
But my willingness to let go of what it should look like and envision what it could look like has supported me to create an incredibly fun business and life. I started owning it and working within my circadian rhythms. I planned my work around what my body needed and my business flourished.
So I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to remove one to get the other.
It’s not migraines OR millions, it’s migraines AND millions.
We have an idea of what we think running our business should look like in order for it to be successful, and this idea doesn’t include migraines or any of our apparent limitations.
But it’s not your migraines holding you back… It’s this exact way of thinking that’s getting in the way!
Try to open your mind to see how your business COULD look. Trust me, it’ll be nothing like you imagined.
We all have something that we perceive is challenging and limiting our success.
However, none of this has anything to do with your ability to achieve everything you dream.
You can experience migraines AND millions.
This willingness to shift your way of thinking to accept that there will be both is the price of entry to no longer caring how it’s supposed to be done and doing it your own way.
Welcome to the Superfreak land.

In the personal coaching field, you may have heard of the term ‘radical responsibility’.
By using radical responsibility, you take your power back.
You look for ways you can show up differently. You take responsibility for your actions, thoughts, energy, and words in each aspect of your life that is under your control.
It is common in the world for people to blame the government, the weather, and others for their problems. Radical responsibility gives us freedom to see where you can make a difference.
However, it is so important to highlight the difference between radical responsibility and OVER-responsibility.
Over-responsibility involves taking responsibility for things that have nothing to do with you.
You may feel this by blaming yourself for everything and not feeling like you are enough. The weight of the world is on your shoulders and this energy doesn’t allow you to problem solve or analyse the situation.
In this episode, I will ask you four questions to encourage you to enter your critical thinking awareness and not allow over-responsibility to derail your business.
I would love for you to listen and reflect. Please let me know your insights on radical responsibility and how you recognise the signs of over-responsibility in your business.

Are you forcing your business to dance? Are you putting immense pressure on your business to reach specific goals in an arbitrary amount of time? Does this pressure leave you feeling like a failure if you don’t reach them?
In this episode, I share with you how to take all of that pressure off your shoulders. It is important to know when you need to slow down and calm your energy to take one small step at a time.
We often don’t step back and appreciate how far we have come and the little moments that have led us to the place we are now.
View your business as a soul that will evolve on its own. Observe what is working and observe what is not and then bring your energy back to a creative space. Forget about the past except for the lessons.
I invite you to look back and reflect on all of the things that you have been challenged by and have overcome.
Superfreaks do not make their businesses dance.
We do not put pressure on ourselves to succeed within a certain amount of time. We will give ourselves as much creative space as possible to thrive and flourish.
Connect with me if you are making your business dance. I want to know what you are going to do to slow down, to take the pressure off, to be present with what is, and to move powerfully into the future.

A pilot’s job is to consistently bring the plane back on course throughout the journey. They do not immediately stop flying the plane as soon as there is turbulence or a disgruntled passenger.
Correct?
In this episode, I will discuss how it is important to refrain from making a conclusion about something while it is happening.
You can make adjustments moment to moment to consistently bring the plane back on course but you can not stop flying the plane.
When you have landed, you can then reflect on the experience and make assessments on what worked and what didn’t.
Before embarking on a new goal, set aside time to visualise the process and how it will succeed. If you are visualising everything negative that can happen it will end with anxiety and a raised heart rate. Aim to be someone who is in control of the situation, is calm and in control of their thoughts, and is the one programmed to win.
Even when we make blunders, it is not really over. We can recover, assess how we went, learn a lesson and have another go at it!

I’m back and I am so excited for you to join me again.
Life has been busy and I hope you have all been doing well.
For those of you that have been following me for awhile, or are familiar with my work, you’ll know that the term Superfreak is one that I use often.
So what does it mean to be a ‘Superfreak’?
Superfreaks are not in a particular demographic, they are in a particular psychographic. It is a mindset within a type of person.
Superfreaks are intensely curious about the world around them and love to be challenged.
Superfreaks often live on the fringes and outside of the norm, they are deep critical thinkers and wish to see the amazing results they have in one area, in every area of their lives.
These are the wonderful people I coach and I often find it incredible how they have such an insatiable drive to perform in every aspect of their lives.
Remember, you are not a freak… you are a Superfreak!

With the rise of political correctness and a greater awareness of what’s appropriate, I’m seeing a lot of really powerful leaders and good hearted human beings becoming acutely aware of not wanting to upset people. So much so that the line between true service and lip service has become blurred. The desire to not offend comes from a good place but when is it ok to be upfront with your truth, and when should you let things be?
In this episode, I discuss the difference between actual service and something that will never really help anybody, lip service. I talk about setting boundaries and why they help you operate out of overflow and be of true service to others. I also share a story from my personal experience and discuss holding a powerful space in discomfort to be ok with confrontation and potentially disappointing people.
What does it mean to truly serve someone? Is it telling them what they want to hear? Or is it sharing from a higher perspective which they may reject but continuing to be loyal to the truth anyway?

We all have challenges in life that are difficult to shake. Those niggling fears, the negative thinking and behavioural patterns that just seem hard wired into who we are. But imagine a future without that stuff getting in your way, bogging you down and stopping you from living the life you truly want. It’s actually quite a simple fix.
In this episode, I talk about how so much of what we identify with is actually from our past and that we don’t have to bring that into our future. I break things down from an NLP and quantum linguistics perspective to talk about the power of affirmations and I share some simple distinctions that will help you change your life.
I talk about how to slam your challenges back into the past and be present in the now where you have the opportunity to make a conscious choice about who you are today. We create the world we exist in with the language that we use. It really can be that simple.

We are unlimited by nature. Humans are made of an unlimited source which means that infinite possibility is available to us all. So why do so many of us experience lack? Perhaps you struggle to get on top financially, maybe you’ve never been able to find the right person or things just never seem to go right for you. Wherever your lack, it all comes down to your beliefs.
In this episode, I discuss how your beliefs create your reality, whether you’re conscious of it or not. I talk about limiting beliefs, how we subconsciously search for evidence to confirm those beliefs and how this perpetuates the cycle of lack.
Some beliefs don’t serve us and once you understand the power your beliefs have, it’s a crazy simple hack to turn your entire world upside down. I share some keys to help you shift your beliefs and therefore change your life story. Are you ready?

By February, most of us are well and truly out of holiday mode and forced back into reality. The kids are back to school, extended Christmas holidays are over and now it’s back to the daily rush and the usual stress associated with it.
If that’s you and you’d rather go back to holiday mode, this episode is one you won’t want to miss. Today I share with you how to keep the holiday alive long after the holiday is over and how you can wake up excited about your day instead of it feeling like a massive mental slog.
In this episode, I talk all about anchoring and how these neurological stimulated connections can be used to trigger us into holiday mode or out of holiday mode. I talk about ways you can establish anchors in your everyday life to relive the feeling of holidays and why it’s so important to do this for your entire body, mind and spirit.
Get yourself a nice beverage and comfy chair for this one. Let’s keep that holiday alive.

The calendar year has ended and a new calendar has begun. This time of year is a very potent time collectively where people all around the world are casting their visions forward. There is something very beautiful about a new year that creates a portal for people to consider who they are and where they are going. But how many of us have made new year’s resolutions only to forget about them a few weeks later?
In this episode, I offer an alternative way of thinking about how to set yourself up for the best year yet. And it starts with dropping the idea that you have to have your best year yet! I share why I did away with a yearly review and new year’s resolutions and what I do now to keep myself aligned.
I talk about carving out intentional time to constantly and consistently check in with yourself and the importance of making that a non negotiable part of your life. I share about having a big vision, breaking things down to a 90 day timeframe and the power of taking one tiny action toward the thing you want to see manifested in your life.
