Superior Gold Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of gold resource properties. The Company's principal asset is the Plutonic Gold operations, located in Western Australia. The Plutonic Gold operations include the Plutonic Gold mine, which is a producing underground operation with a central mill, open pit projects, including the Plutonic Main Pit push-back project, the Hermes open pit projects and an interest in the Bryah Basin joint venture (JV). The Company holds interests in approximately 64,374 hectares of prospective land in the in the Yilgarn goldfields of Western Australia. The Plutonic Gold mine is located in the Archaean Plutonic Marymia Greenstone Belt 800 kilometers (Km) northeast of Perth. Its Hermes open pit project is located approximately 65 Km southwest of the Plutonic Gold mine. The Bryah Basin JV are located approximately 85 km southwest of the Plutonic Gold mine processing facility.
