Welcome to our second segment on Mental Health, this week!
Let's talk about what it means to be self-directed, and also being self-directed is one of the only real ways of achieving fulfillment.
In a world where many of us have much to be grateful for, it's easy to understand why we sometimes deal with guilt, for not being satisfied. Generally speaking, a lack of satisfaction with life is often a signal that we are not in alignment with where we would derive the most fulfillment from where we would put our energy.
Let's talk about how the simple act of aligning our energy, thoughts and actions to what makes us happy, regardless of the status quo, has a measurable positive effect on our mental health. It doesn't need to make sense to others if it makes sense to you.
Let's commemorate those make the brave choice to value their own inner sense of fulfillment, and who put plans in motion to live their life aligned to their passions.
