Hey friend!
On today's episode, I have the pleasure of speaking with Toni Marinucci, a Registered Dietician & the author of Once Upon a Diet.
Toni is witty, honest & just a joy to speak with, & her book is BOMB! I couldn't put it down.
One of the things that I know you will connect to is the comparison Toni draws between our relationships with our bodies & our relationships with our significant others. It is a fascinating comparison, that honestly, I still haven't gotten over!
Throughout both the interview & her book, Toni makes you feel like you're reaching major breakthroughs, all while making you laugh as you flashback to growing up in the 1990s/2000s.
Her book is everything that we've needed, especially in a society where physical beauty is often put above everything else.
Press play to learn, laugh & feel REALLY good about who you are in your own skin!

Hey friend! I'm in a really reflective mood so today we're chatting about our words for 2022.
If you've never done this before, all you do is pick a word or phrase that you want your new year to embody & well, that's it.
From there you use that word as motivation & a guide for the decisions you make in the new year. 2021 was the first time I selected a word & WOW! did that word take on a life of its own in the very best way.
Press play for more details & guidance.
I can't wait to hear what you think!
Hey friend!
I am SO excited that you're here because we're chatting with Corinne Angelica - a board-certified holistic nutritionist, Podcast Host, & all-around wonderful human. Corinne is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things hormones, periods & promotes living a life where you CELEBRATE your body.

We also spend some time chatting about conceiving & how we, as women, can support our bodies to welcome & house a baby.
Did I mention talking to Corinne leaves you feeling like you can take on the world?

Hey friend!
Today we're looking ahead to 2022 & one thing that I'm SUPER excited for which is 29029. What is 29029 you ask? Oh, just a crazy experience where I will assent a mountain in Utah 13 times which will be the equivalent of climbing Mt. Everest.
Say what?! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would do something like this, but here we are! 2022 is going to be SO good, I can feel it, & this experience will just be the cherry on top.
We also spend some time chatting about the goals YOU can set for yourself for 2022. You are capable of ANYTHING you put your mind to, girlfriend, so what's it going to be?
Head over to Instagram to share your goals with me @meredith.coviello.felice You got this!!!

Hey friend!
Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you had a wonderful day celebrating turkey day with family, friends & lots of yummy food!
Today, it's a quick talk which means a short episode where we're focusing on finding the good & a reason to be grateful, even when it feels really hard to do so.
I hope you take a few minutes today to find things to be grateful for - big or small - & take time for you this long weekend.
Until next time, lots of love.
Hey friend!
We have 7 weeks left in 2021! Can you even believe it?!
When in the heck did that happen?
Today we're chatting about all of the ways we can maximize & enjoy the last few weeks of the year.
You don't have to set lofty goals, but I really want you to think about how you want to feel going into 2022, & then start to implement behaviors NOW that will serve you the minute the clock strikes 12 AM on New Years Day.
Can't wait to hear how you're going to spend the last 7 weeks over on Instagram @meredith.c.felice Let's freaking go!
Hey, there friend! Today's episode is probably one the most vulnerable episodes I've done in some ways - & that's saying a lot given the other topics I've discussed here.
I will say, if you're not a TSwift fan, don't skip it just based on the title because I really want to know what you think about soulmates.
Do you believe in this idea of soulmates?
Do you believe you can have more than one soulmate?
Can you be your own soulmate?
I can't wait to hear what you think! Meet me over @meredith.coviello.felice on Instagram so we can chat about this!
Hey friend! Today it's just you & me! It feels like it's been forever since we just sat down & chatted, so today, I wanted to take a few minutes & just share something that's been on my heart.
If you've been here for a while - on this podcast or with me on Instagram - you know I've really come to adopt the belief that 'everything is always happening for you.' I'm not sure where I first heard this phrase, but I must say that in the past year, I have truly come to find, & believe that everything actually is always working out for you.
I know, I know -- how can I say this given my husband died, right? I mean, what kind of person am I?!, but once you press play, you'll see how I've managed to take this tragedy & find the light in it while honoring my late husband.
I can't wait to hear what you think, so please, leave a review or head over to Instagram @meredith.coviello.felice & let me know what you think.
I'm so very grateful to have you here.
