Ryan Mullin is a successful real estate entrepreneur with an extensive background in leasing residential properties. The Indiana native who studied Economics at IU Bloomington co-founder Place to Live Rentals in 2005.

Place to Live Rentals is a leasing company that’s still thriving in St. Clair Street and Delaware. Hailed as a “neighbourhood expert” by other local investors, Ryan has purchased and structured over a thousand flip and buy and hold deals over the years. Currently, Ryan is an agent at FS Houses, a full service real estate brokerage that buys, sells, and leases houses in Indiana.
