In This episode I sit down with one of my favorite professional Parkour Athletes Sydney Olson of Team Tempest. When Sydney was first on the show in 2019 we spoke about her future goals of taking the Parkour competition scene by storm. Since then she has placed first in Red Bull's Art of Motion, 1st In NAPC style and Skill comp. After doing so Sydney Went on to act as a consultant for Fox's new prime time TV show Ultimate Tag.

Not only was Sydney a paid consultant for the show helping to design the courses and game play, she also performed on the show as an athlete.

In today's episode Sydney speaks about what It was like for her to achieve all of her goals as well as what life looks like after getting to the top of the mountain. We dive into the importance of Networking in oder to grow as well as being present in your own life.
